Delivery address

The Products will be delivered exclusively at the address mentioned during the ordering in the fields “delivery address”. The cost of delivery can vary according to the type of forwarding and the place of delivery. The cost of delivery is processed on placing the order.

The currency for the delivery costs is the same than for the order and are automatically calculated.

The client is required to provide all essential information (exact address, entry code, building number, etc) to ensure timely delivery. Failure to provide this information may result in non delivery and Jolee Mome cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss delivery.

In the case that the delivery shall be returned to Jolee Mome, the client is required to send an email to contact@joleemome.com in order to arrange for the collection of his order.

Should the delivery information be incomplete or false, the client is responsible for the costs of the new delivery. Should the client refuse to pay the delivery cost, the order will be cancelled and a full amount less minimum handling fees equivalent to first time shipping cost will be refunded on the client credit card.

Delivery time

Deliveries are subject to product availability and should be carried out within 48 to 72h upon receiving payment.  Pre-orders are shipped within a maximum of 30 days. This delivery time is for information only and is subject to receiving full order payment.

Expected delivery delay indicated on the site also included order preparation and shipment whatever happens to be the longest. Jolee Mome reserves the possibility to split shipments but only one delivery cost shall be charged to the client.

Reserve policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN / EXCHANGE

All items can be subject to refund, exchange or credit.

The customer has a 7 day deadline starting from the day of delivery to exercise his right to withdraw, without having to provide a valid[…] reason nor pay any penalties (date as per postmark). In the case of any return between the date of order and the date of withdrawal, the client shall pay any return and shipping costs. Any request for return shall be completed online including the order reference number. EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods. Returns must be sent by recorded delivery mail or alternatively, please fill the online Return form to let us know. Please note that we will not be able to receive returns after the 14 days deadline and that Jolee Mome will be released from any liability.

All returned product must be in saleable condition set in his original packaging. When receiving the packet Jolee Mome will check the returned items. No returns will be accepted if the products were returned visibly used, or damaged because of client use. If the return is denied by Jolee Mome, the product shall be returned to the Client at its expense and without requiring the client to any compensation or reimbursement right, […] with the exception of subsequent realisation of his rights on good sold.  In the event of a product exchange, the returned product must not have been

visibly used or damaged because of client use and must be in saleable condition. Shall this not be the case, the company will be entitled to exercise its rights to recover any sums due by the Client.

A product return shall entitle the client to a refund of the product price and the associated shipping cost. The cost of returning the article remains at the Client expense.

Should the above conditions fulfilled, Jolee Mome will proceed to the exchange or the refund of the product(s) within 30 days from the date of receiving the returned article(s). All returned articles must be discussed between Jolee Mome and the Client. In the event of an obvious defect or nonconformity of the delivered goods, the Client shall be entitled to either a full refund, a replacement or a credit note worth the corresponding amount excluding any other compensation or damage.

Products shall be returned within 48 hours of receipt in their original packaging with Colissimo recorded delivery service at the expence of the client. Address as follows : Jolee Mome…. Lyon, France.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In lack of amicable agreement, any legal action will be brought to the Lyon Commercial court.

Orders are considered final for deliveries outside Europe and to French Overseas Departments: no return or refund will be accepted.

Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the store.

Reserves on delivered product for apparent defects must be notified to the Company within a period of three working day following the delivery. Reserves shall be sent by recorded mail delivery.

Costs for shipments in France : from 4.90 euros including VAT with Colissimo postal service, classic postal service or Chronopost. Shipment with non recorded Colissimo in France are free for orders from 100 euros and above.

European shipment costs: From 15.15 euros including VAT for all listed European countries. Non recorded Colissimo delivery free from 200 euros orders and above.
